Can you wash the Shapeluxe swimsuit?

Absolutely! The Shapeluxe swimsuit is machine washable, but we do recommend that you place it in a mesh bag when washing and drying to prevent the cinch strings from getting tangled.

What is it made of?

82% Nylon, 18% Spandex so you don't have to worry about it shrinking!

Will my order have tracking info?

Yes! All of our packages ship with tracking info included as soon as we process it from our facility.

Do they fit true to size?

Yes they do! The cinching laces on the back allow for additional sizing changes depending on how tight or loose you want it to be.

Worst online service I have ever received

Worst online service I have ever received. I did not get a tracking number for weeks. I tried contacting your company over five times by email and multiple times by a phone number that I googled and found with zero response I disputed the transaction with Visa because I actually thought I got scammed the next day you decided to send me a tracking number, but never once said anything about what I said to you guys in any email anywhere you still have not replied at all to me directly, I was never acknowledged once. I did finally receive the product way later than I should have.I ordered multiple things that day and yours took 10 times longer than theirs and yes, some of them came from other countries as well and I got the tracking from them within a couple days. The product itself is subpar. It does not fit or look at like the photos much I’m very disgusted. I would never order from you again and I would make sure that everybody I know knows that as well I would never order from you. and now visa is making me pay because you guys disputed my dispute. And I’m pissed to say the least one Star is even being kind. I would like to give you zero stars.

Was surprised at the poor quality; very thin material, gusset unlined (so you'd see everything) same for the top - no shape or support for your bust so everything was just squashed in. I wasted my money on this.

The swimsuit is not wearable

The swimsuit is not wearable. The amount of fabric near the crotch does not offer enough coverage (more like a thong). This is not how it was advertised. I will not be buying again.
